In addition, I have had the unique honor of serving on the Florida Board of Accountancy since February 6, 2003 when the Senate confirmed my appointment by Governor Bush. The Board consists of 9 members that protect consumer interests by overseeing and regulating some 30,000 CPAs in the state of Florida.
